How it works

Dealership Contacts is delivered through the Hermes self-serve portal — no API integration required. You filter, place an order, and download a CSV with the columns below. 1 credit buys 1 verified contact, and the same contact is never charged twice.

Pick state, OEM franchise, job title, dealer group (Scale), and more. The portal previews matching contacts in real time.

Hit Enrich. We debit credits from your wallet — 1 credit per contact, with hash-based dedupe so repeats are free.

A CSV lands in My Orders within seconds. Download links stay live for 7 days; re-download any contact you've already purchased free from My Orders.

Credits, dedupe & guarantees

  • 1 credit = 1 verified contact. Credits never expire. Top-up credits and monthly subscription credits stack and are fully fungible.
  • Hash-based dedupe. We track every contact you've already purchased — re-ordering the same person in a later filter is free. If they later move roles or rooftops, that's a legitimately new lead.
  • Bad-row guarantee. Confirmed hard bounce or wrong-person row? Send proof within 30 days and we credit 5× credits per row back to your wallet after review.
  • Order cap. A single order is capped at 100,000 contacts. Split larger jobs across multiple orders.
