How it works
Dealership Contacts is verified decision makers at car dealerships — the person, their job title, and how to reach them. Filter for the people you want, place an order, and download a CSV with the columns below. 1 credit buys 1 contact, and the same person is never charged for twice. No integration needed — it all happens in the portal — though there is a JSON API if you'd rather pull the same records programmatically.
Pick state, OEM franchise, job title, dealer group (Scale), and more. The portal previews matching contacts in real time.
Hit Enrich. We take 1 credit per contact from your wallet. Anyone you've already bought is skipped, so re-running a wider filter never charges you twice.
A CSV lands in My Orders within seconds. Download links stay live for 7 days; re-download any contact you've already purchased free from My Orders.

Credits, dedupe & guarantees
- 1 credit = 1 contact or dealer · 5 credits = 1 dealer group. The same wallet powers every product, and credits never expire. Top-up credits and monthly subscription credits stack and are fully fungible.
- You never pay twice for the same person. We track every contact you've bought, so ordering them again in a later filter is free. If that person later changes job or moves to a different store, that counts as a new lead and is charged.
- Bad-row guarantee. If an email hard-bounces, or a row turns out to be the wrong person, send us proof within 30 days of the order. We review within two business days and put 5 credits back in your wallet for each bad row - five times what you paid.
- Order cap. A single order is capped at 25,000 contacts. Split larger jobs across multiple orders.
