Dealer Groups Data

The companies that own multiple dealerships - how big they are, where they operate, and exactly which stores they own.

How it works

Most dealerships aren't independent — they belong to a company that owns several. Dealer Groups is one record per those parent companies: how many stores they own, where, which franchises, and which stores exactly. It's who you talk to when the decision is made above the store level. Browse and search groups by name for free, then spend 5 credits to unlock one. A group covers many stores at once, which is why it costs 5× a single dealer or contact — out of the same shared wallet.

CSV fields

Each row is one parent group. The file ships as standard UTF-8 CSV with a header row — the exact columns below. Groups with two or fewer rooftops are filtered out, so every row is a real multi-rooftop organization, not a mislabelled single store.

Identity

Membership roster

Groups vs Dealers, and delivery

  • Rooftops rolled up. Dealers is one record per store; Dealer Groups rolls those stores up to the organization that owns them — the whole portfolio's size, footprint, provider mix, and full member roster in one row. Buy Dealers to target stores; buy Dealer Groups when the decision happens at the parent company. The member_dealer_ids roster joins each group back to its rooftops in Dealers cleanly.
  • 5 credits = 1 dealer group. One shared wallet powers every product, and credits never expire. Groups you already own are skipped rather than re-charged.
  • Portal or API. Filter, preview, buy, and download in the portal, or pull groups from the REST API with the same Hermes key that covers Dealers and Listings.
